Q: Does the price shown include set up, tax and delivery?

A: Yes & No! Set up is included in the price, OF COURSE! Delivery depends on your delivery location, 1st 10 miles is FREE! Use the drop list to see if you even have a delivery fee!! Yes as a licensed business in Nevada, we are required to include taxes in your rental service. The check out page will show you the total including the rental with set up, taxes and delivery.

Q: How long is each rental for?

A: Each rental is for 8 hours. No worries our set up and break down time is not included in the rental period.

Q: What if I need more than 8 hours?

A: No problem! We offer AMAZING second day and overnight rental deals. Please contact our team to find our more!

Q: What if I need it less than 8 hours?

A: We totally understand sometimes parties have end times! Just preschedule with us your drop and pick up times and we'll handle the rest! Please note, we only rent units once a day so whether you need 1 hour or 8 hours your rental rate does not change.

Q: What is the latest pick up time?

A: Unless otherwise noted our last pick up time is 9:00pm regardless of your party’s start time. Our delivery times are 7:00am-12:00pm with pick up times ranging 6:30pm-9:00pm. Contact us in advance about time requests, overnight and second day options!

Q: Do you have a minimum delivery?

A: Our delivery minimum is $100.00 before tax to qualify for our free (up to 10 miles) and/or discounted delivery rate.

Q: Do you clean the jumper?

A: We pride ourselves on clean and sanitized units. All our units are cleaned before ever getting to your door but we also clean the inflatable at your location again to ensure it's clean and sanitized for you!

Q: How much space do I need?

A: Each unit is listed on our site with it's measurements listed. Please make sure you have at least 3 additional feet both in length and width of the unit to allow for safe entrance, exit and room for the blowers. Once our Driver has arrived, full payment is due and will be charged regardless if service is rendered due to renters mismeasurement.

Q: Are there any special requirements for the large units?

A: Our largest signature units, 'Bruce's Revenge' and 'SharpTooth's Escape' require a gate clearance AND pathway of at least 42 inches or more to safely fit through. RV gate preferred. It is extremely important you measure the clearance without the latched to ensure the units can safely fit. We hate disappointing people especially when it's often off by only a few inches.

Q: Do you provide the water/electricity?

A: No. We provide the inflatable unit, hose, tarp, blower, extension cord as well as the items needed to secure the unit. You provide the the water and electricity. All units must have access to water (if using wet) and electric within 50ft of the unit placement.

Q: Do you set up at parks?

A: Sometimes. You must contact the park for approval of an inflatable and 24 inch stakes used. Provide access to power within 50ft or we have generators available to rent. Renter must stay with the unit for the entire duration of inflatable rental. You must contact us for approval of time slots available before booking. We require a park set up of $100.00.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes. A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking is due to secure the items/date. Without a deposit your booking is considered an inquiry. You have 24 hours to pay the non refundable deposit after submitting the inquiry or the booking goes to next in line. Please see cancellation below for specifics.

Q: What if I want to cancel?

A: Customer will receive a full refund minus the non refundable deposit with cancellation of at least 2 weeks prior to reservation date. The customer may apply the non refundable deposit to a future rental within a 60 day period(excludes holidays). If the customer cancels less than 2 weeks prior to the reservation date, Slide into Vegas LLC will keep the non refundable deposit without future rainchecks. If party is cancelled in less than 48 hours before the reservation date/time the full rental amount is due and will be charged to the card on file.

Q: Can the Slide or Foam be set up in or by a Pool?

A: No. For safety reasons, per our insurance there cannot be a Slide nor Foam set up to go into an in ground pool. Slide going into pools can cause serious head and neck injury. We suggest renting one of our slides that features a landing pool. Slides must be set up at least 6 feet from a pool. Foam cannot be shot in a pool as it causes zero visibility for participates. It makes it nearly impossible to see the top of the water, edge of pool and is an extreme safety risk. Foam must be set up 6+ feet from the edge of pool.

Q: What if I measure wrong, and/or the renter or party is delayed?

A: Once our Driver has arrived, full payment is due and will be charged regardless if service is rendered due to mismeasurement, absent renter, or delayed party. Drivers will attempt to contact renter and/or a replacement unit if available but Driver is not responsible and will not wait more than 15 minutes before moving to next in line.

Q: What surfaces will you set up on?

A: Grass is our favorite and the absolute safest! However we will also set up on artificial grass, concrete, gravel/rock, and dirt. Please note, Water units cannot be set up on dirt unless a cleaning fee of $25.00 is applied even with tarps. We do not set up slides on streets however foam can be.

Q: Can I use confetti, glitter, water balloons and/or silly string?

A. NO! It stains the inflatables. An automatic cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to the card on file if any confetti, glitter, water balloons, and/or silly string is found on or inside the unit. The fee covers the multiple professional cleanings it will take to restore the unit.

Q: Can I keep it overnight?

A. Maybe! All overnight rentals must be approved by a Slide into Vegas representative prior to booking. Unfortunately Jumpers, Slides, Concessions, Games and other rentals cannot be left overnight if they are not secured area. An overnight fee may be applied.

Q: How will I know how to operate it?

A: Our drivers are trained and will train you on site to ensure you know how to safely operate the blower as well as the entrance and exit areas of the unit. We go through a checklist to ensure you know what to do and what not to do on the inflatable to keep your family and our inflatables safe!
